At Kulap Primary school, we are proud to offer a wide range of student leadership opportunities that encourage every child to develop confidence, responsibility, and a strong voice within our school community. Leadership roles are available across all year levels and may include School Captains, House Captains, Junior School Council Representatives, Environmental Leaders, Digital Leaders, and Wellbeing or Arts Ambassadors. These roles allow students to contribute to school events, support their peers, promote sustainability, and help make decisions that shape our school culture. Through leadership meetings, student-led projects, and public speaking opportunities, students learn teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills that reflect the Victorian Curriculum’s Personal and Social Capability and Civics and Citizenship areas. We believe every student can be a leader, and we nurture these qualities through encouragement, guidance, and authentic opportunities to make a positive difference.
